ingredients
- 1/2 cups aquafaba
- 200 gram semi-sweet or milk vegan chocolate
Method
Step 1
Drain the can of chickpeas and reserve the aquafaba.
Step 2
Chop chocolate into small pieces.
Step 3
Melt chocolate in a bain-marie over simmering water. Set aside to cool.
Step 4
In a bowl or stand mixer, whip aquafaba until stiff peaks form.
Step 5
Gently fold in melted chocolate into the aquafaba.
Step 6
Spoon aquafaba into ramekins of choice. Place in the fridge to set.
Step 7
Finish with shaved chocolate and enjoy!
