"had more of the strawberry cherry chia seed jam i made yesterday but on top of sourdough for breakfast today 🍓🍒 the top one has mashed avocado, hard boiled egg and smoked salmon. the bottom one has @georgiagrinders crunchy almond butter, sliced bananas, blueberries, strawberry cherry chia seed jam and @beekeepers_naturals bee pollen!
bee pollen has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties! similar to all “superfoods”, it doesn’t have any instant healing properties. i personally love it for it’s subtle sweet taste and texture. i sprinkle it on my toast and breakfast bowls often 🥰 i loveee colorful foods and the random sprinkles of all the seeds/nuts and seasonings on foods 🙌🏼"
