Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
Roasted rosemary potatoes. Rosemary is one of the best herbs in the world! They add so much flavor to these potatoes. This is a very simple & delicious side that goes with almost anything. Recipe: Peel and slice potatoes thinly (I've used russet & red) Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and sprinkle salt, pepper, & fresh rosemary. Drizzle with melted ghee or olive oil and toss to coat. Place in an oven preheated to 400F and bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy. May take less/more time depending on your oven and how thin/thick you slice the potatoes. Use a spatula to flip potatoes half way through baking.
