ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate
- 6-8 graham crackers
- 1/2 cup marshmallows
Method
Step 1
Combine almond flour, almond butter, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla and baking powder in a bowl, mixing thoroughly; add almond milk, mix again. fold in chocolate chips.
Step 2
Line 8x8 baking sheet with graham crackers. Pour brownie batter over graham cracker layer, spreading evenly.
Step 3
Add a layer of marshmallows over top, then sprinkle additional crushed graham cracker.
Step 4
Bake @ 350 for ~25 minutes. at around the ~10 minute mark, place a piece of tin foil over top LOOSELY to prevent marshmallows from burning.
