ingredients

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients into a food processor, pulsing until thoroughly combined. Use a spoon to scoop one inch size balls of batter onto a baking sheet, & let cool in the fridge for 30 min-1 hour.

  • Step 2

    Remove from the fridge, then coat with melted chocolate. Place into the freezer for 1 hour+ to let chocolate harden, then store in the fridge. & ENJOY!
