RECIPE:<br> 1/2 cup golden raisins, raisins, or chopped dates<br> 1/2 cup chopped walnuts<br> 1 tsp ground cinnamon<br> Pinch of sea salt<br> 3 tbsp maple syrup<br> 6 apples cored (we love Granny Smith or honeycrisp but great with any variety)<br> <br> Preheat oven to 350 <br><br> Mix together raisins or dates, walnuts cinnamon, salt, and maple syrup. Place apples in a baking dish and stuff with mixture. Bake until the apples are soft, 35 to 45 minutes. Spoon the juice from bottom of baking dish over apples before serving.
