ingredients

  • 1 tin drained & rinsed chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla paste or extract
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup choc chips + more for the top

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 175C. Put all ingredients except the choc chips into a food processor & blitz until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Remove the blade & stir through the choc chips. Transfer to a large bread tin or small slice tin & spread out evenly. Top with more choc chips.

  • Step 3

    Bake for around 15-25 minutes - I bake them for less time so they’re extra gooey! 🤤
