ingredients

  • 2 cups fruit (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Method

  • Step 1

    If using fruit like plums & strawberries, chop them up really small but you can use berries such as raspberries & blueberries as they are.

  • Step 2

    Add them to a small pot & cook on the stove until cooked through. The time will vary depending on what fruit you’re using & whether they’re fresh or frozen.

  • Step 3

    Once cooked, take of the heat & mix in the chia seeds & sweetener. Pour into glass jars & keep in the fridge.
