ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons milk of your choice
  • 2 tablespons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoons monkfruit sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini vegan and gluten-free marshmallows
  • honey cinnamon graham crackers for dipping

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend everything together besides the marshmallows + graham crackers.

  • Step 2

    Add mixture to a baking dish, top with mini marshmallows and bake at 350F for 10-15 then 1-2 minutes on broil is needed.

  • Step 3

    Serve immediately with graham crackers
