ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons milk of your choice
- 2 tablespons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons monkfruit sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini vegan and gluten-free marshmallows
- honey cinnamon graham crackers for dipping
Method
Step 1
Blend everything together besides the marshmallows + graham crackers.
Step 2
Add mixture to a baking dish, top with mini marshmallows and bake at 350F for 10-15 then 1-2 minutes on broil is needed.
Step 3
Serve immediately with graham crackers
