Classic hummus NEVER gets old when it looks as good as this. A lovely way to treat your rainbow carrots too.
1 can chickpeas (well rinsed and drained)
small garlic clove (finely chopped)
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp homemade tahini
juice from 1/2 medium lemon
1/2 tsp ground cumin
sea salt and crushed black pepper to taste
Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve!
