ingredients

  • 1 peach, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 mini cucumber, sliced into thin rounds
  • 2-4 slices prosciutto
  • 1 small orange, peeled and cut into rounds
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 tablespoon feta cheese
  • small handful microgreens, optional
  • salt, to taste
  • freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon La Tourangelle Avocado Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    On a serving plate arrange and layer in the peaches, cucumber, prosciutto, orange, and avocado. Crumble in the feta cheese then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add microgreens. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad and finish with a drizzle of La Tourangelle Avocado Oil.

    Serve and enjoy with some toasted crostini or crackers.
