2 1/4 c. of wheat flour (for baking)
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon sea salt (coffee flavored if you have it)
3/4 c of warm water
1 sprig of rosemary
1/2 c of Olive oil
2 teaspoons of dry yeast
Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Start pouring water and 1/4 c. of the olive oil into the preparation gradually until it forms a ball. Then knead the dough a few minutes by hand so that it becomes smooth.
Cover the dough ball with a damp cloth and let stand for about an hour and 15 minutes at room temperature.
Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion. Place it in a bowl with the sprig of rosemary and the remaining olive oil. Mix, close the container and let stand.
When its ready work it on a floured surface for a few minutes. Spread it in an oven dish lined with baking paper and cover with a cloth. Leave to stand for half an hour.
Then Preheat oven to 210 degrees. Form holes in the focaccia with your fingers on the surface and sprinkle preparing onions and rosemary. Add a little drizzle of olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes. Watch for cooking and remove the bread when inflated and golden.
