Strawberry Feta Quinoa Tabbouleh Salad
I've mentioned this before, but one of the first "healthy meals" I would regularly make when I first started cooking was a simple quinoa tabbouleh salad. It takes so little cooking skill + is such a great way to get in TONS of fresh veggies + herbs. Plus, it holds up well in the fridge + is super easy to pack for work/school. While I use the base ingredients of a traditional tabbouleh as inspiration, I love switching up the ingredients for variety. -@walderwellness
