  • 1 3/ 4 cup water or milk
  • 1/ 2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/ 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/ 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/ 4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/ 4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • Garnish with pepitas, cacao nibs and hemp seeds

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat water or milk in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in the steel cut oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 2

    In a small pan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat. Add sliced bananas to the pan and cook until caramelized, about 3-5 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Pour the oat mixture into a bowl and top with sautéed bananas, yogurt, peanut butter, pomegranate seeds,
