ingredients

For the Blended Oats

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

For the Ganache

  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Pour into a small baking dish or ramekin and place in the freezer 15minutes.

  • Step 3

    Make the ganache by combining ingredients in a small bowl and mixing till smooth.

  • Step 4

    Spread over top of oats in an even layer. Store in the fridge until ready to enjoy!
