1 bunch desired radishes, cleaned and de-stemmed
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
1. Cut the radishes into even, bit size pieces.
2. Throw them onto a baking sheet or a cast iron skillet.
3. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes, until tender and slightly golden. Enjoy!
