Overnight Bulgur with Raspberries and Bananas

  • 1/4 cup bulgar
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • a pinch salt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • toppings: raspberries, bananas, pistachios, honey (to taste)


  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Stir to combine then let sit in the fridge overnight. Stir before serving, then add desired toppings and enjoy.
