Timothy's Easy Blistered Okra


2 tsp vegetable oil
1 cup chopped okra
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
nutritional yeast, to taste


Heat the oil in a cast iron skillet until very hot. Add okra and cook, stirring occasionally until the okra starts to blister and brown. Season with salt and pepper.


Cook until tender and golden brown, about 4 minutes. Season with rice wine vinegar, then a dusting of nutritional yeast, if using.
