These cinnamon rolls come together in just 20 minutes thanks to Krolls Korner! She makes them using one of Simple Mills easy mixes by just adding a few simple ingredients. You can even top them off with some Simple Mills icing for added sweetness! - 1 (10.7-ounce) box Simple Mills Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
- 11/2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix the Simple Mills pancake mixture with the milk.
Pour the dough out onto a floured surface and begin to knead the dough. Shape it into a rough ball and then knead until the dough is nicely incorporated. (Knead by gently pressing the dough down and away from you with the heel of your hand).
Press out into a long rectangle, spread softened butter on top followed by the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Gently roll the dough into a log and use floss to get a clean cut for each cinnamon roll. Will make 8-9 rolls. Place in an oven safe dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and bake for 13-15 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes, then spread with Simple Mills Vanilla frosting (optional)
