Cauliflower Banana Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Makes 1 Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients: 
3/4 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen Earthbound Farm riced cauliflower
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 of a vanilla bean or 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
1 scoop blue majik spirulina (optional)


Directions:
To prepare your ingredients, either toss your raw riced cauliflower into the freezer, or microwave-steam it then toss it into the freezer.

 

Add all your ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a runnier smoothie, add more non-dairy milk.

 

Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less cauliflower. Optionally, you can remove the banana too and sub for more berries, or cauliflower!
