We used Cascadian Farm Organic Frozen Blueberries and Oats & Honey Granola to make this smoothie inspired breakfast tart! Cascadian Farm sure knows organic blueberries because they've been growing them since 1972, and they're still an integral part of the farm to this day!   • 21/2 cups Cascadian Farms Oats and Honey Granola, divided
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts (or almonds)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened dried coconut
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil (in solid state)
  • 1 (8-oz) bag Cascadian Farms Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch ginger
  • Pinch cardamom
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Cooking spray, as needed
  • Coconut whipped cream, fresh mint, fresh blueberries, for serving
