Blackberry Mojito

If you don't have a proper muddler, use the back of a wooden spoon!

Recipe adapted from Driscoll's 




12 Driscoll's Blackberries
12 large mint leaves
4 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1-2 shots rum
6 to 8 ice cubes

seltzer water, as needed 


Muddle blackberries, mint leaves, sugar, lemon juice and lime juice in a tall glass until berries are mostly crushed.
Add rum, ice and top with seltzer.
Stir well and serve. Garnish with lime wedge and extra berries if desired.
