ingredients

  • 5 pieces frozen peeled and sliced bananas
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cups maple syrup
  • 1 cups Vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cups coconut cream

Method

  • Step 1

    Place a small loaf pan or deep pan in the freezer.

  • Step 2

    Then in a high speed blender or food processor, add your frozen bananas , protein powder and the sweetener. Blend till thick and creamy ( for creamer texture you could add 1/4 cup of coconut cream )

  • Step 3

    Transfer the ice cream to the loaf pan . freeze for at least two hours . To ensure it doesn't become too icy, lightly mix your ice cream ever 20-30 minutes for the first hour.

  • Step 4

    Thaw for 10-15 minutes before eating. Lightly wet an ice cream scoop before scooping the ice cream into a bowl/ Cone
