ingredients

  • 100 milliliter full fat coconut milk
  • 100 milliliter coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoon oats
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 pieces peeled sliced frozen frozen bananas
  • 2 tsp coconut syrup
  • 1 pieces fresh Kiwi
  • 2 tablespoon granola

Method

  • Step 1

    First Create The Chia Pudding by blending the fat coconut milk ( the canned type ) with light coconut milk, coconut syrup , chia seeds , oats in small glass jar or bowl . For the first 10 minutes stir couple of times to avoid lumps , then put in the fridge for at least two hours to eat same day or overnight .

  • Step 2

    When you are ready to eat it , first create first layer of granola , slice very thin the kiwi and attach to the dry side of the glass jar , if its wet it won't stick ! Add then the chia pudding .

  • Step 3

    In a very powerful blender or food processor , add the frozen bananas , the splash of milk and the matcha powder .

  • Step 4

    top the chia pudding with the smoothie and be creative adding your favourite fruits.
