ingredients

  • 100 milliliter full fat coconut milk
  • 100 milliliter coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tsp fruit syrup
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 teaspoons pomegranate
  • 2 tsp granola
  • 1 tsp oats

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl or glass jar and sit overnight in the fridge or at least two hours. to avoid lumps , stir each 5 minutes for the first 10 minutes .

  • Step 2

    I the morning add the granola to the jar first , then the pomegranate, then pour the matcha pudding .

  • Step 3

    Top with your favourite fruits , and oats .
