ingredients

  • 1 cups room temperature and cubed vegan butter
  • 1/2 cups light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lant based milk of choice
  • 1 cup GF flour
  • 1/2 cup vegan Chocolate Chips of choice
  • 3 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Method

  • Step 1

    In a bowl mix the butter with the sugar using your hands or a mixer till combined . Add the milk and the vanilla , keep mixing .

  • Step 2

    Heat the flour in the microwave for one minute then add slowly to the mixture till you get a creamy United dough . Last step using a spatula fold in the chocolate chips .

  • Step 3

    Last step using a spatula fold in the chocolate chips . Scoop out into balls, or transfer into a cup and enjoy immediately! Store any extras in fridge
