ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup vegetable oil of choice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method

  • Step 1

    Crack your egg and using an immersion blender cap the egg yolk and start blending as you slowly pour your vegetable oil.

  • Step 2

    Once emulsified, add your vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and lemon juice; continue blending until it thickens and enjoy!
