- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Method
Step 1
Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate while you prepare the toppings.

Make the Pico de Gallo: In a small bowl, combine drained diced tomatoes, chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

Make the Avocado Crema: In a mortar, mash the garlic with salt into a paste. In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in garlic paste, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and sour cream until smooth.
