S'mores Cheese Ball
S’mores Cheese Ball ...your perfect Labor Day Weekend Treat! 1 package cream cheese, room temperature 1/4 cup powdered sugar 6 Ghirardelli Salted Caramel Milk Squares, plus additional for serving 1 cup marshmallows 6 graham crackers, plus additional for serving Chocolate caramel sauce 1. Combine cream cheese and sugar in the bowl of a small food processor; pulse until combined. 2. Using a sharp knife, coarsely chop the Ghirardelli squares then add to the food processor along with the cup of mini marshmallows; pulse until well combined. 3. Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap then form mixture into a ball, wrapping with the wrap. Place in a bowl and chill for 2 hours or until firm. 4. Place 6 graham crackers in food processor and process until powdered crumbs. Remove chilled ball from wrap then roll in the crumbs to evenly coat. 5. For marshmallow top: lightly spray a small circle of cooking spy on a foil lined baking sheet. Arrange 10-12 mini marshmallows in a mound: cook under the broiler until golden. Carefully remove toasted marshmallows with a spatula and place on top of the cheese ball.
