Recipe
- 2 cups baby gem lettuce, or romaine, sliced
- 1 blood orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/ 2 golden beet, thinly sliced
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/ 2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
- 3 tablespoons Annie's Organic Goddess Dressing, plus more as needed
Method
Step 1
Add all veggies to a large bowl. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and drizzle with Annie's Organic Goddess Dressing. Toss to combine. Add slices of avocado and enjoy!
