Roast sprouts with pomegranate and sesame seeds

ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups Brussels sprouts
- 3 1/2 tablespoons pomegranate arils
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
Method
Step 1
Cut the sprouts in half.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a roasting tin. Place the sprouts cut side down in the oil and roast for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 3
Turn the sprouts over and continue to roast until they are soft and start to turn golden.
Step 4
Add the pomegranate arils and sesame seeds, mix together and return to the oven for about 5 minutes.
