ingredients

  • 1 cups uncooked couscous
  • 1 fresh chopped mango
  • few drops fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • To Taste salt and pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    cook the couscous as per packet instructions. cool it before using.

  • Step 2

    whisk the olive oil, lime juice, mint leaves salt and pepper in a large bowl.
