At home I generally try and eat healthy vegetarian dinners. Vegetarian food doesn't have to be boring. Choosing vegetables such as mushrooms, eggplant and cauliflower can serve as a protein substitute since these vegetables tend to give vegetarian food more texture. Having control over your diet at home and incorporating more veggies will help you attain a more balanced lifestyle.
