Yotam Ottolenghi and his business partner Sami Tamimi burst onto London's food scene when opened their shop "Ottolenghi" in Notting Hill in 2002. Though they are a popular destination for take-away cakes and salads for a well heeled set, their biggest contribution has been to cookbook shelves around the world. They have three published cookbooks now and igers around the globe have been cooking, creating and sharing their Ottolenghi creations. @veganmiam made their vegan crushed puy lentils and paired it with her own beer flatbread.
