- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1-2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter
- Almond milk, as needed
- 5-6 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- pinch salt
- 1 scoop protein powder, optional
