ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1-2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter
  • Almond milk, as needed
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch salt
  • 1 scoop protein powder, optional

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth, adding more almond milk as needed.
