  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon plant-based protein powder
  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • Blueberry yogurt, for serving
  • Açai powder, for serving

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Add to a jar alongside blueberry yogurt and açai powder and enjoy!
