ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 salt
  • 1 1/4 cup Old fashioned rolled oats

Method

  • Step 1

    To a blender, add the banana, apple cider vinegar, non-dairy milk, baking powder, salt & old fashioned rolled oats.

  • Step 2

    Mix until you have a homogeneous dough.⁠

  • Step 3

    Heat a pan and cook the pancakes 1 to 2 min on each side.⁠

  • Step 4

    Serve with fresh fruits, non-dairy yoghurt, maple syrup, ...
