ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 salt
- 1 1/4 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
Method
Step 1
To a blender, add the banana, apple cider vinegar, non-dairy milk, baking powder, salt & old fashioned rolled oats.
Step 2
Mix until you have a homogeneous dough.
Step 3
Heat a pan and cook the pancakes 1 to 2 min on each side.
Step 4
Serve with fresh fruits, non-dairy yoghurt, maple syrup, ...
