ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oat
- 1 tbsp 6 seeds mix
- 2 cups non-dairy milk
- 1 cups water
- 2 tablespoons apple sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 apple
Method
Step 1
To a saucepan, add the old fashioned oats, non-dairy milk and water. Heat on medium heat, stirring regularly. Avoid boiling the porridge.
Step 2
Meanwhile dice the apple.
Step 3
Once the porridge is almost ready, add the apple sauce, some diced apple (keep some for topping) and 1 tbsp maple syrup. Stir well.
Step 4
Transfer to a bowl and top with the apple and the maple syrup.
Step 5
Bon appétit! Best eaten fresh.
