  • 1 fresh Avocado
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3 tabelspoons Honey
  • 2 crushed Cardamom
  • 2 tabelspoons chopped Pistachios

Method

  • Step 1

    Chop the avocado to chunks and add it the blender jar.

  • Step 2

    Add the remaining ingredients (yogurt, milk, honey, cardamom) and blend it to smooth consistency.

  • Step 3

    Transfer the smoothie to a glass, garnish with chopped pistachios and enjoy immediately.
