- 1 fresh Avocado
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 3 tabelspoons Honey
- 2 crushed Cardamom
- 2 tabelspoons chopped Pistachios
Method
Step 1
Chop the avocado to chunks and add it the blender jar.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients (yogurt, milk, honey, cardamom) and blend it to smooth consistency.
Step 3
Transfer the smoothie to a glass, garnish with chopped pistachios and enjoy immediately.
