  • 3/4 cup medjool dates
  • 3/4 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, plus extra
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Lime zest

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until it forms a sticky paste. Grab a tablespoon worth in your hand and roll into a ball. Roll the ball in extra shredded coconut and enjoy!
