  • 750 grams tomatoes
  • 2 cooked beetroots
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2/3 cups ice cubes

Method

    As simple as blending all ingredients together. Add water or adjust the condiments to you taste.
