ingredients

  • 1 can (14oz) black beans
  • 3/4 cup cacao/cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tablepoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients except chocolate to a food processor and pulse until everything is completely combined into a dough.

  • Step 2

    Scoop mixture into storage container and roughly stir chopped chocolate into dough.

  • Step 3

    Press dough down with hands and refrigerate until ready to eat. Cookie dough can be scooped, used to top cereals or eaten straight from the container as a snack!
