Golden Turmeric Lattes

ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk, or other non-dairy milk
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 pods cardamom
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 peppercorns

Method

  • Step 1

    Add almond milk and 1 cup water to a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Add agave, turmeric, ginger and coconut oil. Whisk to combine. Add cardamom pods, cinnamon stick and peppercorns. Let simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Remove cardamom pods and cinnamon stick. Pour latte through a fine mesh sieve into 2 cups.
