  • 1 slice toasted bread, thick
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 4 pieces gravlax, or smoked salmon
  • 5 slices pickled onions
  • 1 teaspoo pickled mustard seed
  • 5 thin slices preserved lemon
  • 1 sprigs fresh dill, picked

Method

  • Step 1

    Smear ampiece of thick toast with the cream cheese.

  • Step 2

    Add the gravlax, pickled onions, pickled mustard seed, thin slices of preserved lemon, and picked fresh dill. Serve immediately.
