Recipe for Summery LemonAID Recovery SmoothieServes 2
Ingredients1.5 medium bananas, frozen and sliced into coins8-10 medium strawberries (preferably frozen, for texture)3/4 cup diced Rhubarb1/3 cup Lemon Juice10 oz unsweetened Hemp Milk2 tbsp Collagen 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds2 tbsp Chia SeedsOptional: Add handful of spinach and/or blueberries for an extra boost
Directions:1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and slowly increase speed to high until all ingredients are smoothly blended. Add tablespoons of water if mixture is too thick, for a smoother blend.
