Raspberry Rose Champagne Cocktail
1/4 cup raspberries
1 tbsp lemon juice
10 fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup rose
champagne for topping
Add the mint, raspberries, lemon juice and rose to a cocktail shaker. Muddle everything together gently. Add ice cubes and shake until chilled. Strain into two galsses and top with champagne. Enjoy!
