Mango White Bean Protein Smoothie
1 cup organic soy milk
1/4 cannellini beans
3 tbsp hemp seeds
100 grams mango
1/2 tsp fresg ginger
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
Place all ingredients in a high powdered blender, and blend until smooth.
Mixed Berry Silken Tofu Protein Smoothie
90 grams silken tofu
1/4 cup coconut flakes
100 grams frozen mixed berries
Cacao Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
2 tbsp peanut butter powder
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
