Timothy's Easy Blistered Okra
Ingredients2 tsp vegetable oil1 cup chopped okrasalt and pepper, to taste1 tsp rice wine vinegarnutritional yeast, to taste
Directions:Heat the oil in a cast iron skillet until very hot. Add okra and cook, stirring occasionally until the okra starts to blister and brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook until tender and golden brown, about 4 minutes. Season with rice wine vinegar, then a dusting of nutritional yeast, if using.
