Leftover Halloween Candy Cereal Treats

3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 (10-oz.) package marshmallows
5-oz. chocolate-caramel candies, plus more for topping
5 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
1/2 cup semisweet or white chocolate chips
Grease a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Combine the butter and marshmallows in a large pot set over medium-low heat. Cook the mixture, stirring, until it is melted and smooth. Add the chocolate-caramel candies and continue cooking until they are melted, stirring the mixture as needed. Add the crispy rice cereal and stir until it is well coated then immediately pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, carefully pressing it into an even layer. Allow the cereal treats to cool completely. Once the treats have cooled, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or a doubleboiler, transfer the chocolate to a sealable plastic bag and and drizzle it across the treats.
Top the treats with additional chopped candies then slice and serve.
