These truffles are a nod to Nutella, with a mixture of ground hazelnuts and cocoa powder. A helpful tip: When removing the skins from the roasted hazelnuts, it is easier to do so while they are still warm. Wrap them in a kitchen towel and rub them all together until most of their skins are removed, then put them directly into the food processor. Grinding them, while they are still slightly warm, will also help to speed up the process of turning them into hazelnut butter.
